The NDIC Management, former Staff and Directors of the Academy graced the decade milestone ceremony. Awards were presented to Retired staff of the Academy, who have served in their various capacities. Also presented, was a posthumous award given to the family of W. O. Oduah, in recognition of his service to the Academy.
