Abdullahi is a learning and development specialist with several years of experience working in private and public sectors. Skilled in training, research, curriculum and content development with a Master Degree focused in training from University Putra Malaysia.

Prior to joining NDIC as a trainer in 2013, he worked as banker, and later a research assistant in the Laboratory of Citizenship and Leadership, Institute of Social Science Studies, University Putra Malaysia.

Abdullahi has extensive exposure and expertise in the areas of Training Design, Training Needs Analysis and Evaluation. He published several scholarly research articles in Leadership, Organizational Development and Training Design.

Abdullahi is a certified management trainer. He has participated in many high impact training activities both as facilitator and attendee. He has a reputation for using creative techniques to engage and motivate participants to embrace new concepts and strive for personal and organizational excellence.
