Dr. Bisalla Muhammad Lawal is a Chief consultant at Center for Management Development (CMD), with over 20 years’ experience in the field of Learning Development and Consultancy.

He holds a PhD in Educational Psychology, Master’s degree in Educational Psychology, MSc. in Public Sector Policy and Strategic Management, BSc. in Sciences Education, NCE and Teachers’ Grade II, from University of Jos, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), University of Maiduguri, FCE Pankshin and GTC Wamba respectively.

Dr. Bisalla, is a fellow of Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered) (FNIM) Member, Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN), Member, Institute of Training and Development.

Dr Bisalla has partnered with and served reputable organizations at local and international capacity such as, Crown Agent London, Lake Chad Basin Commission (LCBC) Chad and Ghana Center for management Development Accra, Ghana.

As an Education expert and senior Officer  in the Department of Accreditation in CMD-Nigeria, Dr. Bisellia’s mandates include but not only, training design, delivery, and evaluation and has served various government agencies in this regard, which include but not only the following; Budget Office of the federation, Office of the Accountant General, CBN, International Training Institute, NDIC Academy, FIRS Training School, PENCOM, PTDF, NIA, NNPC, NAHCON, YESSO, NG-CARES DSS, NITDA, Head of Service, just to mention but few.

Key highlights of Dr. Bisalla learning interventions are integration of a new Learning Management System (LMS) in organizations, improving access to training and tracking employee progress. He also leads the evaluation of training programs in several Cmd Train the Trainers’ Basic and Advanced MANDEV, using the Kirkpatrick Model to measure reaction, learning, behavior, and results.
