At the moment, all our programs are tuition free. However, fees depend on several factors, including course type and duration, location, class size, etc.
Our trainings are delivered through a blend of classroom instructions, hands-on practical such as group discussions and syndicate sessions. The approach is holistic, ensuring that participants understand and have experience in all aspects of the courses taught. We have one-on- one interaction between and amongst participants as well as the facilitators to ensure individual needs are met.
Most trainings are broadly divided into Fundamental and Professional levels. The Fundamentals are designed for beginners in order to take them from the foundational to intermediate level. The professional or advanced are training designed for experienced participants who want to boost their skill or deepen knowledge in certain areas of their career.
The Academy parades an array of highly experienced trainers, tutors and facilitators that have track records in various areas. These subject matter experts include current and retired staff, staff of sister agencies, industry experts/consultants and our international partners.
Our curricula is highly structured and standardized, as compared to some prestigious training institutions in Nigeria and overseas. They were individually subjected to internal and external review and quality assurance before management approved them for use. Mostly, streamlined to meet the needs of the banking and financial sectors and it is constantly being updated to adjust to the rapid trends in the environment.
Yes, the Academy usually send pre-course materials prior to the commencement of a program such as presentation slides, survey on participant’s expectations and articles. At times, these materials are deposited in the course classroom in the e-learning platform for access by participants.
At the end of successful completion of a training, the trainees are awarded Certificate of Proficiency signed by the Director/Chief Learning Officer to attest to their performance in the program attended.
Our classes are divided into morning and afternoon sessions. Morning session commences from 9am through 1pm, while afternoon classes commence from 1pm to 5pm. However, for residential courses, classes continue until 7pm while participants work in small groups thereafter until 10pm.
All the Academy courses are delivered in a blended format comprising online and physical class room interaction. It is important that students come with their laptop especially for class work and assignments, including end-of-course evaluation and tests. .

Yes, participants do take quizzes at the end of most programs. However, our comprehensive assessment criteria include attendance, participation, syndicate sessions, case study etc.
