To compliment Management’s effort and expand the scope of leadership pipeline in the Corporation, the Academy introduced Honours Page to spotlight employees with extraordinary performance (first and second positions) in in-house courses on quarterly basis. These courses include Bank Supervision, Basic ICT, Specialized Program for AM/DM, Induction course for New Staff, Bank Examiner’s Foundation, Management Appreciation, Bank Failure Resolution and Fundamentals of DIS which took place in 2017.

As a non-financial reward, it is expected that it shall be a source of motivation and over time, it could serve as a pointer on ‘high potential’ candidates that could be groomed into leadership positions. Apart from being spotlighted in the website, such employees shall periodically be recognised at the Academy’s reward fora.
