Cynthia, a professional of the Nigerian Institute of Management, has over 5 years’ experience in the Bank Examination Unit. With proven strength as a Complaint Desk Officer in the SERVICOM Unit of the Strategy Development Department, she believes that developing a customer-driven workforce has to be the key role in delivering excellence to all stakeholders.
Cynthia is a Business Administration graduate from the Igbinedion University Okada, with an MSc in International Management specialized in Oil & Gas from the University of Liverpool.
